Gender / age use a small 96×96 model on Triton. For more reliable estimates: use a clear, front-facing face (not tiny in the frame), good light, and avoid heavy sunglasses. On the server, enable TRITON_GENDERAGE_PORTRAIT_TOP_BIAS=true for typical phone/portrait shots (face in the upper part of the image). Wrong TRITON_GENDERAGE_INPUT_NORM for your ONNX will skew results — match the model export (buffalo_l usually raw255).
